Design change is the most common cause of project failure in construction. Unmanaged, design change delays projects, causes disputes, and sows uncertainty and mistrust in the industry. Globally, design change costs over a trillion dollars in waste every year, making our homes more expensive, our roads more congested, our schools and our hospitals more crowded.
