There are however features & benefits that only “work” if you have multiple projects. For example, a KPI dashboard comparing multiple projects doesn’t mean anything if you only have one.
Yes! The licence is for a project, and you can add as many or as few of your supply chain as you see fit.
We aspire to make our software so simple and intuitive you won’t need much training at all.
If you require additional training or support, we would be happy to provide remote training and support for free, as our main goal is to help our users perform their job better.
Yes! ShapeDo is very experienced in starting mid (and even late) project. In general, this comes with no additional costs (exceptions may apply).
You will however generally enjoy a better experience if you use ShapeDo from the start of the project.
For subcontractors, we use the value of your package as the “project value”.
Yes. We prefer to work with divisions & organizations, and substantially discount to show it. Contact us about “enterprise” pricing for more details.
You can cancel for any reason with a short notice before the next contract period. We’ll stop charging you as of the next billing cycle, and will only ask ‘why?’ so we can learn and improve 🙂
